It turned out it was my firewall that would blacklist my ipad2 temporarily because of the Skype ports has been probing. My original iPad running a previous version of Skype and iOS 4.3.3 continues to operate correctly. I experienced exactly the same problem with another iPad app - balloon Tower defense. Several hours later Internet Access starts working again. Turn on/off wifi, iPad reboot or does not help. WiFi shows connected, but I can't access anything on the Internet. I can leave Skype and I still can't access web pages by using the browser, connect to iTunes or the app store. I've updated to Skype, and it has become unusable on the iPad. I recently updated my iOS 4.3.5 iPad2 and soon afterwards of new version of Skype for iPad is out. New version of Skype kills wifi on iPad2 running iOS 4.3.5
